Race Program 2006-07 Ski racing at West Mountain has a rich history, dating back to 1963, with alumni going on to participate on the US Ski Team and Division 1 NCAA College Teams. We are now our fifth season of developing the Race Center at West Mountain. We are continuously striving to improve the growth of our programs. The goal of the Foundation is to provide for the development of skiers and riders in a structured yet fun environment, through instruction, gate training, and race events. Combining the experiences of the coaching staff with the varied terrain and flexible operations of West Mountain,it gives us the unparalleled opportunity to serve racers and families in the best possible way. We’re excited about you joining us, and look forward to helping you achieve your goals both personally and with our team. What’s New at West Mountain Race Center You’ll see that we broke down the programs individually into JI & JII, JIII, JIV and JV with each of these programs with their own pricing. The new state of the art timing equipment and new gates along with other equipment the Race Center has purchased will help to ensure the best possible training and races in the New York area.
